SKY AD. Developments signs a cooperation protocol with FAB for mortgage loans covering up to 85% of unit value


SKY AD. Developments has signed a cooperation protocol with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to provide mortgage finance to customers. Eng. Abdelrahman Agami, CEO of Diamond Group and SKY AD. Developments, and Mohamed Fayed, CEO of FAB-Egypt signed the protocol. It was signed in the presence of Saleh bin Nasra, owner of Diamond Group, and Mostafa Salah, CCO of SKY AD. Developments.

The financing for the mortgage loans aims to offer different payment facilities, covering up to 85% of the ready-to-move units and a repayment period of up to 15 years with a competitive interest rate and a maximum loan amount of EGP 15m.The agreement comes as part of FAB and SKY AD. Development’s eagerness to support Egypt’s real estate sector.
